With this call center, Ufone customers in all over Pakistan can be facilitated by means of a Toll-Free number. It is worth mentioning here that the access to this Toll-Free number will be simple, quick and instant and it will respond to all queries of the customers in so as to provide them a state-of-the-art and high quality telecom experience.
The Managing Director of Samsung Pakistan, Mr. J. H. Lee and the Chief Officer Customer Operations of Ufone, Mr. Ahmad Kamal, inaugurated this new Ufone call center facility at Lahore.
On this delightful occasion, Chief Officer Customer Operations at Ufone commented and said,
Ufone believes in modernization, progress and innovative collaborations, which is imitated in this new contract with a worldwide leader in electronics; Samsung. Now, Samsung would be able to promote from Ufone’s all-embracing experience in customer concern, giving it pleased customers, more enhancing its representation.
Furthermore, the MD at Samsung also showed his feelings and said,
The advanced call center will be entirely operated by Ufone as Ufone have in-sourced Samsung call center. As contact center service provider, Samsung, to bring superior customer-care, through a Toll-Free helpline number for Samsung customers. We are launching this new form of consumer access to transform the customers’ experience in Pakistan. It will bring our partner customer-response facilities at equality with the global standards of convenience, while the customers’ hassles are very much reduced.
